Josephine Morgan had the winning entry in the Paper catetory at the Region 2 National History Day event, held at the University of Scranton, Josephine's original research paper "The Indian Citizenship Act of 1924, A Turning Point in the Rights of Indigenous American Peoples" will be entered in the PA State History Day event in April. Josephine's paper, with over two dozen sources, is her fourth year entering a research paper and marks her second qualification for the statewide competition.
