    WILKES BARRE, PA. – Berwick Area High School Girls’ Basketball standout Reese Mensinger was recently named to the Pennsylvania Class 4A Third team All-State squad. Mensinger has also been named to the Wyoming Valley Conference 1st All Star Team two times and was the Most Valuable Player in the conference this year.

  • KLINGER, MARSHMAN NAMED TO ALL-STATE TEAM

    HARRISBURG – Evan Klinger and Kenneth Marshman were recently recognized by Pennsylvania Football News as 2nd Team All-State selections. Klinger was previously named as the Wyoming Valley Conference Player of the Year and a member of the WNEP Channel 16 Dream Team. He was the leading tackler and rusher for the Dawgs this year, as they finished with a 10-3 record. Klinger will play at Bloomsburg University this fall.

    BERWICK – Berwick Area High School girls’ basketball standout Reese Mensinger scored her 1,000th career point in a recent victory over Coughlin. Mensinger currently leads the Wyoming Valley Conference in scoring at 19.5 points per game and has 36 three-point field goals, which also leads the WVC.

  • BAHS Graduates Make Their Mark at Collegiate Level

    BERWICK, PA. – Several all-conference selections and one All-American headline an impressive group of Berwick Area High School graduates, who are competing at the collegiate level. The list includes 9 Division I athletes, a Division II standout and 14 Division III competitors, who have taken their talents to the post-secondary ranks. Three additional athletes have signed their letters of intent for the 2018-2019 academic year. The three current high school seniors, who have signed are Payden Montana, Sammi Starr and Kylie Levan, and are listed in bold type letters. The Division III list includes a female athlete, who competes in both Track and Field and basketball.
