Mrs. Wendy Kupsky
Assistant to the Superintendent
Mrs. Kupsky has served as the Director of Special Education in the Berwick AreaSchool District since 2006. Mrs. Kupsky came to the district is 1998 as a Special Education Teacher. She previously taught in the Fairfax County (VA) School District as an Emotional Support Teacher
In 2013 Mrs. Kupsky's title changed to Director of student services.
Mrs. Kupsky also has been employed by the Community Services Group, Lenape Valley Foundation, Bucks Association and Association for Citizens with MR. Her professional career began in 1990 and has been spent entirely in the Social Services field.
Mrs. Kupsky earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Penn State in 1992. She later earned a Master’s Degree and Special Education and a Certification in Supervision of Special Education from Bloomsburg University. Mrs. Kupsky also holds a K-12 Principals Certification from Temple University. She is a graduate of Berwick Area High School.
Mrs. Kupsky is on the Board of the American Red Cross and is a member of NAESP and PAESP. She is married with three children.
