3pm-5:30pm Ballroom open to Parents and Visitors for viewing
5:30pm-10:30pm Ballroom and Kehr Union closed to Parents and Visitors
6pm-7:15pm Promenade along Schuyler Drive and down ramp to Kehr Union entrance (north side)
7:30pm-10:30pm Prom Music provided by Barchik DJ Service
7:45pm-10:30pm Entrance Door of Kehr Union is closed
9:00pm Berwick High School Prom King and Queen are announced
10:30pm Prom 2008 concludes


Student Parking:
Tri-Level Parking Garage on East Second Street

From Light Street Road Traffic light to upper campus (from Berwick) turn LEFT onto Swisher Circle
(from Bloomsburg) turn RIGHT onto Swisher Circle at 2nd Stop sign turn left at next Stop turn Right-East Second Street
*Passenger drop off at Schuyler Drive (balloons) Garage Entrance is ahead to the LEFT (corner of 2nd and Penn)

Parent and Visitor Parking:
BU Student lot at Bloomsburg Hospital

adjacent to Lightstreet Road (Route 487)
parking in gravel lot, walk across footbridge over Lightstreet Road
Continue walking straight ahead to Kehr Union

Tickets/Attendees

  • Checks are payable to BHS Class of 2009. Tickets are $25 for underclassmen and outside guest
  • Tickets can ONLY be purchased by a student in a senior or junior homeroom
  • There will be no charge for Seniors or students eligible to graduate in 2008
  • Seniors must pick up and sign for their ticket
  • Tickets can only be purchased by one or both members of a couple, no third parties
  • If you change your partner for the Prom after purchase of the tickets, please contact Mr. Stair so tickets can accurately reflect the change
  • Students who obtain prom tickets inappropriately may be charge the proper cost, as well as, be referred for disciplinary action
  • All tickets must be checked at the door
  • No middle school students are permitted to attend Prom
  • Any individual who is not a student currently enrolled at Berwick High School will need a completed guest form, submitted to the office by Thursday May 15th at 3pm
