Mr. Ralph J. Norce Mr. Norce received a Bachelors Degree in History from Dickinson College in 1989. In 1992, he graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education Social Studies. He holds a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Temple University which he received in 2001. Mr. Norce has been an employee in the Berwick Area School District for several years. For a year and a half he worked in the Reassignment Room. He taught Social Studies for three years and held the position of Dean of Students at the Middle School for three years. In July 2002 he became the Assistant Principal at the Middle School, he then took over the position of Middle School Principal in July 2005. In addition, he has coached boy's basketball and girl's track. Mr. Norce resides in Nescopeck Township with his wife, Michelle, and his two sons, R. Joseph and Nicholas.

Mr. Croop received his Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University in 1998. He holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Wilkes University, which he received in 2007.
