Mr. Wayne Brookhart
Superintendent
Mr. Brookhart has more than 20 years of experience in education with 19 of those years being in a public education setting. He has served as a classroom teacher, team leader, department chairperson, curriculum coordinator, middle school principal, high school principal and assistant superintendent.
Mr. Brookhart graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. He received his Master's Degree in Administration and Policy Studies and a Principal's Certification from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Brookhart also holds a Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility from Bucknell University.
Prior to being named Superintendent of Schools at Berwick, Mr. Brookhart served as Assistant Superintendent of the Tamaqua Area School District in Schuylkill County.
