Mrs. M. Holly Morrison
Director of Curriculum PreK-12
Mrs. Morrison has been employed in the Berwick Area School District since 1989. She currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, a position she has held {MrsMorrison} since 2000. Mrs. Morrison has also served as an Elementary Principal and Secondary Counselor. She came to Berwick from the Tamaqua Area School District, where she taught for four years.
Mrs. Morrison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from King’s College. She has Master’s Degrees in Elementary Administration and Secondary Counseling from The University of Scranton and is currently enrolled in a doctoral program at East Stroudsburg University. She is scheduled to graduate in Spring 2012.
Mrs. Morrison was recognized as the Graduate Student of the Year in Educational Counseling while at Scranton. She graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also is a member of NAESP, PAESP, SVEPA, ASCD, PASA and Phi Delta Kappan.
Mrs. Morrison is Chair of the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation and is a recipient of the Athena Award from the Chamber of Commerce. She has also completed the PA Education Policy Fellowship Program at the Institute for Educational Leadership in 2001.
Mrs. Morrison and her husband Gene are the parents of two children; Abigail and Jake.
