Sports Physicals
These will be FREE sports physicals for any BASD students who will be playing a sport for the Berwick School District next school year (includes fall, winter, and spring sports).
- Monday, June 3rd- All Middle School students and HS Football players
- Tuesday, June 4th- HS students
*Students must have a completed PIAA sports physical form with them in order to receive the physical- forms can be picked up in the nurse's office. Sections 1-5 should be fully completed by a parent- section 6 will be completed by the school physician.
